In times of uncertainty, connection matters more than ever. This community session, facilitated by Grace Nakhoul, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Psychosocial Support (PSS) Trainer, created a safe and welcoming space for participants to pause, reflect, and reconnect, both with themselves and with others.
Grace guided the conversation with sensitivity and professionalism, encouraging participants to share, listen, and engage openly. The session focused on hope, resilience, and emotional awareness, offering a moment of calm and grounding amid the pressures of everyday life.
More than a traditional talk, it was designed as an interactive and supportive experience, showing the value of community in navigating personal and professional challenges, and how spaces for dialogue and empathy strengthen individual resilience and collective wellbeing.
