Rashad Issa serves as Senior Vice President, Quality & Business Improvement, leading governance, risk management, and operational improvement strategies in regulated environments. Rashad's experience spans establishing project management offices, directing quality management systems, and guiding strategy execution, corporate governance, and customer experience programs for growing businesses.
At the PMI Lebanon Chapter, Rashad serves as Chair of the Project Managers Without Borders Board Sub-Committee, building operating models to help non-governmental organizations streamline operations and enhance agility. Rashad also provides volunteer governance and portfolio support for non-governmental organizations through the Chapter. Rashad's earlier contributions include volunteering on the Project Management Institute Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Global Team and mentoring with The Chartered Quality Institute. Rashad holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® and PMI PMO Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP)™ certifications.
