On December 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM, Eng. Ziad Ibrahim, then VP of Volunteers, and a group of PMI Lebanon Chapter volunteers visited Baitna to support vulnerable people by distributing food, sweets, and wine.

By providing food and sweets, the initiative helps alleviate poverty and hunger (SDGs 1 and 2) while promoting health and well-being through improved nutrition and community care (SDG 3). The visit fostered social inclusion and solidarity, ensuring that support reached people regardless of background or status, and so helped reduce inequalities (SDG 10).

Beyond this assistance, the volunteers strengthened community bonds, reinforcing the idea that collective action and compassion are key drivers of sustainable and inclusive development. The initiative also reflects the P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management, through its focus on people-centered impact and social responsibility.
