Maya Ziade is an Architect specializing in multidisciplinary coordination and interface management on complex, fast-track projects, including aviation. Maya operates within coordination-critical phases, driving the resolution of complex design interfaces across architectural, structural, and MEP systems while ensuring cross-disciplinary alignment in high-pressure delivery environments. Maya structures coordination workflows, guides teams through key delivery milestones, and works directly with stakeholders to support decision-making, proactively managing interface risks to safeguard project scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
As a volunteer with the PMI Lebanon Chapter, Maya serves as Operating Model & Project Manager within the Project Managers Without Borders program. Maya applies strategic project management expertise to guide chapter workflows and maintain delivery momentum across project initiatives. Maya holds the PMP® certification.
