The Department of Management Studies at the Lebanese American University (LAU) is organizing this workshop with PMI Lebanon Chapter on the Beirut campus.

AI expert Georges Salloum will lead a practical workshop exploring how AI can support project managers across the project management process groups: from initiating and planning to executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Through live demonstrations and hands-on applications, students will experience how AI tools can be applied to real project management tasks.
