Why this session matters

Artificial intelligence is reshaping business operations, creative work and digital risk. The Professional Development Day connected these perspectives, bringing together project management, technology, cybersecurity, business, science and academia to examine AI’s growing professional impact.

Session overview

On September 26, 2026, the Chapter and ISACA Lebanon Chapter, in collaboration with Centre de Formation Professionnelle – CFP-USJ, hosted the Professional Development Day “Beyond Tomorrow: AI Across Worlds.” The program explored AI’s influence on business and creativity, with support from sponsors Inflexion and Potech.

Sessions addressed AI and copyright, the DarkSphere paradox and cybersecurity, the relationship between imagination and scientific discovery, and enterprise performance through AI. The Li-Stick project presentation illustrated an application of AI to assistive technology. Opening addresses brought perspectives from CFP-USJ, ISACA Lebanon Chapter, PMI MENA and the Chapter.

The supplied presentations examined the importance of business context and governance in enterprise AI, the need to validate security exposures, and the interaction of creative thinking, science and technology. The day connected these subjects across professional disciplines rather than treating AI as a single technical topic.
