The PMI Global Summit Series Lisbon brought together project professionals, Chapter leaders, volunteers, and industry experts from around the world for two days of knowledge sharing, leadership discussions, and meaningful networking. The event highlighted the strength of PMI’s global community, where diverse perspectives came together to exchange ideas, inspire innovation, and shape the future of project leadership.
Opening sessions featured insights from Portuguese government leaders and PMI President and CEO Pierre Le Manh, who shared his vision for how artificial intelligence is reshaping the profession and the capabilities project leaders will need to succeed in an increasingly dynamic environment.
Throughout the Summit, speakers emphasized that successful project leadership goes beyond delivering outputs—it requires creating measurable outcomes, embracing agility and resilience, and fostering collaboration across teams, industries, and regions. The event also celebrated PMI’s volunteer community, including recognition of the PMI Morocco Chapter on its 15th anniversary, while providing valuable networking opportunities that strengthened connections across the global project management community.
