PMI Global Summit 2026 took place October 21–24, 2026 in Detroit, Michigan (USA). PMI’s flagship annual event brought together project professionals from around the world to learn from industry experts, discover emerging trends and connect with one of the world’s largest project management communities.
The Summit featured more than 100 sessions, including keynotes and expert-led discussions on the latest developments in project management, leadership, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and business innovation. Participants could earn more than 20 Professional Development Units (PDUs) and take practical insights back to their organizations and careers.
Beyond the educational program, the Summit offered networking with project professionals from diverse industries and countries, a chance to exchange ideas, build professional relationships and explore new approaches to today’s project challenges.
PMI also encouraged participation from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, so that regional experiences were shared and global best practices brought back to local organizations and communities.
