Joining PMI in 2007 and earning my PMP® certification marked a turning point in my professional life. Combined with an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA, it gave me a solid foundation where academic rigor met practical discipline. This combination of knowledge and credentials empowered me to lead complex transformations over three decades and to contribute meaningfully to the evolving FinTech industry.
Since joining the PMI Lebanon Chapter in 2010, I have realized that PMI’s true strength lies in its community: a network of professionals dedicated to sharing knowledge, fostering growth, and inspiring excellence. This community has enriched my journey, connecting me with peers, broadening perspectives, and reinforcing the values of collaboration and ethical leadership.
In September 2019, I had the privilege of returning to the Chapter as a speaker in one of its Monthly Talks. Sharing my experiences was both humbling and energizing, reminding me that giving back is an essential part of growth. More recently, in December 2025, I moderated a panel, guiding dialogue among distinguished experts on transparent project delivery in the public sector. That experience reaffirmed my belief in the value of sharing knowledge and continuing to learn.
Looking back, PMI has been more than a certification or membership. It has been a journey of maturity and community engagement. As I continue forward, I remain committed to giving back and supporting the next generation of project leaders.
