“The certification is not just a milestone but a catalyst for continuous professional and personal growth.”

The PMP® was always more than just three letters to me: it was a goal I set during my university days, a standard I aspired to throughout my career.

My path took me from quality assurance in a fintech firm, where I first saw Agile transform collaboration, to leading fintech implementation projects that blended the predictability of waterfall with the adaptability of Agile.

In 2024, I made a career shift into strategy consulting, and that was the moment I decided it was time to consolidate a decade of experience and finally pursue the PMP®. Balancing a demanding consulting job with study was a challenge, but the reward was transformative.

The PMP® did not just expand my project management toolkit; it reshaped the way I lead: with structure, perspective, and the mindset of a true servant leader.

For me, the certification is not just a milestone but a catalyst for continuous professional and personal growth.
