How it works

A simple cycle, built around your goals.

Mentees and mentors are matched by focus area and experience, then meet regularly over a set period to work toward goals they agree together.

  1. Apply

Tell us whether you want to find or become a mentor, and what you would like to work on.

  2. Get matched

The program team pairs mentees and mentors by focus area, experience and availability.

  3. Meet regularly

Agree your goals together, then meet about once a month, in person or online.

  4. Share and celebrate

Close the cycle with what you learned, and stay part of the Chapter community.
