My Story
With nearly two decades of professional experience across consulting, training, retail, and NGOs, I have dedicated my career to building people, strengthening systems, and leading projects that drive measurable impact. For me, project management has never been about titles!
It has always been about outcomes: guiding teams, ensuring accountability, and creating environments where people thrive and deliver. Earning the PMP® certification was the point where I chose to align my extensive hands-on experience with globally recognized standards. The PMP® gave structure and validation to what I had already practiced for years, bridging my expertise with international methodologies and a language that resonates across industries.
Why I Volunteer with PMI
My journey with the PMI Lebanon Chapter extends beyond certification. Serving as PMI Student Board Advisor and volunteering for multiple projects has allowed me to:
- Give back to the profession by mentoring and guiding the next generation of project leaders.
- Grow my perspective by collaborating with professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds.
- Strengthen community impact through initiatives that align with PMI’s vision of advancing the profession while supporting broader development goals.
My Leadership Impact
- At Sabro Tobo NGO: I lead training for micro-businesses and reporting for international donors, ensuring that capacity-building initiatives are effective, sustainable, and measurable.
- With youth leaders: I mentor aspiring project managers and professionals, helping them build confidence, leadership, and career-ready skills.
- Across industries: I use my consulting and operational background to design solutions and programs that balance strategy, structure, and human development.
For me, project management is both a discipline and a mindset, one that combines vision, structure, and people-centric leadership.
